Conference Registration

The 46th Annual WAIS Conference will be held September 10-15th, 2016.  

Registration is open for all attendee categories.  

    • Program Faculty (Officers, Moderators, Speakers)
    • WAIS Member (Active membership)
    • WAIS Non-member 
    • IR in Training (Fellow, Resident, Medical Student)
    • Allied Health Professional (RN, RT, NP, PA)
    • Corporate Representative (Registered Exhibitors)
